Lagoonies Drink Menu

Lagoonies Bistro Bar in Cole Bay wins our recommendation for the most sustainable restaurant in St Maarten and St Martin.

Lagoonies menu is very transparent: they try to source as much of their food + drink ingredients from local sources, they only give straws for the drinks that require them, and they source their compostable, sturdy, re-cycled straws from tequila distilleries.

The Mojito Passion is an excellent take on a passion fruit mojito, balancing the sweetness of passion fruit with a minty aftertaste.
